Lucy’s Wellness was created during my recovery from Bulimia, anxiety and depression, I filled this blog with personal postings and thoughts, documenting my recovery in hope that my words would help others feel less alone (these posts can still be found under the blog heading).

As I’ve grown and gained knowledge, I’ve decided to transform this blog into a safe haven for women seeking solutions to their body image worries. It is my goal to help you dismantle negative thoughts/beliefs surrounding body image, exercise, food and help you to thrive once more! I want you to feel beautiful in your body and confident to say goodbye to diets and strict exercise regimes.

As a qualified Yoga instructor, Life Coach and Personal Trainer, I use a holistic approach to help individuals find clarity and happiness within themselves. exploring exercises and ideas that you may have overlooked previously to find what works for you and makes you feel wonderful!
